• FREE delivery charge for all orders to UK addresses
• £8.00 delivery charge to all orders being shipped to Europe
• £15.00 delivery charge to all orders being shipped Worldwide

Please note, your country may require you to pay an import charge for your products. We would advise you check this before placing your order.

All orders received back will require an extra charge applied if we are requested to redeliver.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL Couriers. Signatures will be required upon delivery, so please ensure your ship to address is ready to accept deliveries. Please note that deliveries returned to the Post Office will be attempted to be delivered again to you. If there is no one to accept them they will be returned to us. If you require the package to be re-sent from eleuk.co.uk, you will incur a shipping charge. Shippers will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy

We do hope that you will be pleased with your products, if for some reason you would like to return an item please return to us within 15 days of purchase. Please note however that gift vouchers are non-refundable.

If you do need to return your order/product, it should be wrapped securely and sent by Recorded Delivery. You should then retain proof of postage.

If you need to return a product that you have a reaction with we will require you to complete a client product reaction form that we will send out to you promptly after you have e-mailed us details of your problem
